Just a short walk away, Viking Bay offers golden sands, calm waters, and a traditional British seaside atmosphere. We chose the White House for the main reasons of location, off-street parking and space. The property delivered on all counts!I am afraid that is where the positive comments end...As soon as you enter the the property you witness grubby and dirty carpets, a woefully under-equipped and under-stocked kitchen, doors that are difficult to open and close, handles and nobs that are soon to fall off, the main room clock not working (surely you can afford an A2 battery to solve this?)Then you enter the garden via the dodgy door handle system and it is clearly in need of care and attention.Whilst the property has two bathrooms the mirrors are in a place where you need to be a contortionist to benefit form them.We have been renting holiday cottages for over 20 years, and this was the most expensive in terms of daily rent. With that comes a high expectation which was massively not met.At the price the owners are charging the property seems neglected and in need of some tender loving care improvements.I would certainly not recommend this property - they need to upgrade the property or seriously reduce the price.I am really sorry to give such a negative review as I have stayed in some marvelous holiday cottages and always look forward to giving great reviews when I get home but this is not one of these,

Overall a big property in a good location. But it is not well maintained and feels in need of a refurb and a clean.
