Front garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This lovely, one-bedroom annexe is attached to the owner’s home and has been furnished and decorated accordingly to a very high standard! The property has a good-sized double bedroom with a very swanky brand new bathroom with a great multi-spray power shower. The open plan living space is ideal for two people along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private rear garden with patio area to sit quietly and enjoy a coffee before heading to the beach or town. You also have a shared front garden again with seating area, which looks towards the lovely woodland opposite the house.
The property is close to many places such as Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Whitstable and about 30 minutes’ drive from Dover. Sam’s Snug is ideally located for a fabulous holiday or for a short break stay. Designed with comfort in mind and a bit of personality, each room will make your stay at Sam’s Snug easy and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Sam’s snug everything we needed was there. I forgot my toothbrush and there was one in the shower room for me Cherrie my partner loved the little washing machine, the host was very welcoming..Edna our dog loved her welcome packCan’t recommend it enough..

Very welcoming, owners could not do enough for us. The homemade bread was delicious and a bonus. The cottage is small but perfect for 2 people + dog. Nicky even offered to look after Lizzie (dog) if we wanted to go out somewhere not dog friemdly. Would highly recomend.

Excellent accomodation,very well equipped with lovely welcome from owner who also provided lots of goodies including home made bread. Good location to town and for surrounding area. Although small as name suggests a good holiday cottage.
