About this Hotel

A landmark seafront hotel in Hythe, Best Western Stade Court is a beautifully modernised late 1930s hotel which has been welcoming guests to this heritage Cinque Port town for decades. All modern comforts include free WiFi, a selection of bars, restaurants and the hotel benefits from lift access to all floors. Pets are welcome for a small extra fee, and free parking is onsite. Eurotunnel is just a 25 minute drive away and we're only a 5 minute stroll from Hythe town centre and the famous miniature railway.

Rooms

Each of our 42 guest rooms have their own unique character and style, offering ample space. Choose from spacious, twin, double, single and split level family rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, high speed internet access, flat-screen Freeview TV, desk, clock, hairdryer, telephone, toiletries and refreshment trays. A selection of designated pet friendly rooms are available. Most rooms have wonderful views of the English Channel. Room only, B&B and Dinner B&B rates are all available.

Restaurant & Bar

The hotel restaurant has panoramic sea views and we serve creative modern English cuisine, locally sourced where possible including fresh fish caught just yards from the hotel. Breakfast is served daily from 7am to 9.30am (times can vary at weekends). 

Our informal lounge bar is the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink - we serve a light meals and snacks menu here, and the lounge bar is open daily 11am to 23:00 (times can vary at weekends).  

Weddings, Conferences & Events

We're a favourite wedding venue on the Kent Channel Coast. The Winchelsea Suite is licensed for Civil Wedding Ceremonies and catering packages can be tailor-made to suit your unique wedding party.

The Winchelsea Suite holds up to 60 theatre style and 30 banquet style, whilst our Rye Suite holds 15 guests theatre style and 12 boardroom style.  Conference events, meetings, occasions and wedding parties are all warmly welcomed.
