About this Bed and Breakfast

Homelea Bed & Breakfast is a luxury guest house located between the villages of Chilham and Chartham on the A28. The historical cathedral city of Canterbury is only 3.5 miles away and the local pub, which serves excellent home cooked food, is five minutes walk from the property.

Whether you've come away for a relaxing break or a bit of adventure, Homelea has something for everyone. The North Downs Way not only provides stunning views, but offers ample opportunity for walking, fishing, horse riding and cycling.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The School Room - Features a super king size bed that can also be arranged with two twins. This room can also function as a triple room with the addition of a comfortable air mattress. Includes a Freeview TV, radio alarm clock, trouser press, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, towels and luxury toiletries. The en-suite bathroom has a power shower equipped with directable body jets.

The Kingfisher Room - Luxuriously decorated with a traditional feel. Features a super king size bed that can also be arranged as two twins. A Freeview TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, trouser press, bathrobes and towels are all included. Also contains a large en-suite bathroom.

The Heron Room - Newly decorated in a relaxing style, this room overlooks the front garden. Includes a double bed, tea/coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, radio alarm clock, bathrobes, towels and toiletries. This room isn't en-suite but it does have access to a private shower.

The Treetop Room - A beautifully decorated en-suite room with a spa bath. Features a double bed, flat screen Freeview TV, mini fridge, touch sensor beside lights, trouser press, towels and toiletries. 

Breakfast

A traditional breakfast is cooked by owner Fiona and if you'd like something different, she'd be happy to cook it for you.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise when making a booking.

Other Facilities

Stabling can be provided for your horse and there's secure cycle storage for your bike. Ample off road parking is also available.

Horse riding can be arranged at the local stables which are only a few minutes away. Pamper days, with a qualified masseur, can also be arranged.
