Rushmore Lodge is a detached barn conversion in a quiet lane in Knockholt near to Sevenoaks in Kent. The cottage sleeps eight people and has two double bedrooms, a family room with two double beds and two bathrooms, one of which has a steam room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area and games area. For relaxing, there is a sauna and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Just half an hour from London, Rushmore Lodge is a superb luxury holiday home for the discerning visitor.

Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and games area. Fully-equipped gym. Infrared sauna. Outdoor heated swimming pool with corner whirlpool.

Underfloor central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, cinema surround sound, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large lawned garden with patio and furniture. Heated outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool (available all day, 1st Apr - 31st Oct). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to the swimming pool children must be supervised. Note: Pool has max. temperature of 25 degrees. Note: There are 4 tiled steps from the sitting room up to the kitchen and exterior door. Note: The owner can organise beauty treatments at the property. Please contact the owner for more details. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Max 6 adults. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Knockholt is a village near Sevenoaks in Kent which has pubs serving food and shops. Close by are Chartwell House, Hever Castle and Knowle Park.
