The property was further from the road than we expected and also through 2 gates which was not made clear until we received the directions. Also was not made clear that the ONLY water available was rainwater not really suitable for drinking. Some maintenance is needed as quite a number of the double glazed windows and door need repair. A couple of small tables for drinks etc while watching TV would be useful. Some more info regarding the heating would be useful.

Excellent well appointed clean comfortable accommodation. Perfect if you want a peaceful quiet location being 3/4 mile down a farm drive, but no problem getting there. Also perhaps not true dark sky status, but very dark compared to our village and lots more stars viewable if you are interested in astronomy. We liked the home produced honey and apple juice left for our arrival. The only addition I would have included would have been a small table to put our drinks on while watching TV. Definitely accommodation I would recommend.
