Sunny House by the Sea is a beautifully quaint, and charming cottage, that has been tastefully renovated, and is brimming with character; from the wooden, beamed ceilings and brick-built fireplaces, to the exposed floorboards. The stylish grey kitchen leads through to a dining room with table and chairs for enjoying memorable meals together, and a warming wood burner with aptly placed armchairs is perfect for a cosy evening come winter. The living room is the ideal place to unwind with a good film after a day on the beach, with a second wood burner to draw you in during the colder months. Upstairs, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await, sharing a beautifully finished bathroom, whilst downstairs is a contemporary walk-in shower room. Outside, the private garden with patio terrace and lawn, is the perfect spot for alfresco dining come summer, or for children to play, should you be able to draw them back from the beach.

We were overwhelmed with how lovely the cottage was, so clean and beautifully furnished. We loved the wood burner and the coziness. It was located centrally, Tesco express round the corner and a coffee shop across the road. We used the cottage as a base to explore other places nearby. We loved Rye and Hastings. The four nights away were such a bargain.as well for the beautiful accommodation. Thank you for our stay, hope to be back soon.

Excellent, would recommend, l deal for family’s, a short walk to the beach.The only thing was the road noise, but this is to be expected. Lovely and clean everything you need for a great break A1.
