A short stroll across the lawn leads straight on to sand and down to the sea where swimming, beach sports and boating can be enjoyed; there's even space for a yacht to be privately moored. The village of Seaview, where this property is located, is an incredible seaside resort boasting long stretches of sand spanning out from both sides of the small town. The pleasant village centre with its shops, post office and restaurants, is just a short walk away. There are also several excellent restaurants in Seaview and in the nearby villages of St. Helens and Bembridge as well as plenty of worthwhile places to visit locally including Osborne House, once the island home of Queen Victoria, and the lively area of Ryde where activities such as boating, theatre and a ten pin bowling alley can be found. This property is simply stunning. The front door opens onto a large hallway and leads into a central day room where guests can relax and enjoy far reaching sea views through the room s extensive windows the views from here are so beautiful that you'll have trouble tearing yourself away . During finer weather, three sets of French doors can be opened onto an absolutely fabulous decked area where you can enjoy meals alfresco. The kitchen has attractive, handmade oak units and comes equipped with two electric ovens, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher and TV. The adjoining utility room contains a convenient large fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is an open plan dining area inside the house that also has spectacular sea views. The lounge is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs with vibrant pops of colour and has a large bay window with a window seat to while away many hours watching the passing yachts and boats. An open fire provides an attractive focus for the room and a TV/DVD is also provided. On the ground floor, there is a lovely king size bedroom with an en suite shower room with shower and WC. On the first floor are four spacious bedrooms two double and two twin rooms. The master bedroom includes a super king size bed, with TV stunning sea views and an en suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. The second is a king size bedroom with oak wardrobes. On this floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower and WC. The garden is the icing on the cake at this property. It has an extensive decked area where visitors can relax and marvel at the magnificent landscape. A garden table and chairs and BBQ as well as reclining chairs for sunbathing are provided. Steps lead down to a lawn, with further steps to a gravel path and then down again via steps to the beach. Relax and read, sit and admire, run around and play, swim or boat: the choices are endless. Off road parking is also available for two cars at the front of the house.
