About this Holiday Cottage

Welcome to Oak Tree Cottage in the New Forest National Park. Situated in the north of the Park near Fritham, this attractive single storey accommodation forms part of an old gun power factory dating from 1899. Enjoy wonderful views from all the windows and easy access to local amenities including a country pub. The nearest shop is three miles away and for families, Peppa Pig World at Romsey is ten miles away. The beaches of Bournemouth can also be found eighteen miles away.

Inside

Ground floor: Entrance hall, kitchen, sitting room with adjoining dining area. Kitchen facilities include a oil Rayburn which also heats the hot water, an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/ freezer.

Sky TV is provided in the sitting room and there is a TV in each of the bedrooms. The cottage also has a video and two DVD players.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Two double bedrooms with 5' beds and en suite bathrooms with bath and wc, one twin bedroom with 3' beds, bathroom with wc, bath and spray attachment. 

Outside

There are numerous walks from the front door of the cottage including a lake, 200 yards away, which makes a perfect spot for a picnic.

A welcome hamper, toiletries and linen are provided. A travel cot and high chair are available for families.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more are welcome. Please note we do not accept pets in this property.
