The property welcomes 2 dogs.  There is a small shop within walking distance and further daily shopping near Cooden.  You can walk to the local pub or the Cooden Beach Hotel across the beach at low tide and the station at Normans Bay is a perfect way to get around, with regular services to Eastbourne, Brighton and London.  Centrally located for visiting local attractions, cycling and walking on the Downs.
