Originally part of a country house, this second floor, one-bedroomed holiday apartment is situated on the beach with panoramic views over the sea and coastline towards Hastings and Eastbourne. The living room has a folding single bed for a child and the kitchen/dining room has everything you need to cook a family meal. The double bedroom has access to a balcony with views of the beach and the sea beyond. The family bathroom has a bath as well has a shower, so you have the option of a lovely soak or a refreshing shower.

Had an amazing stay! Couldn't believe the view. A real home from home, had everything you could possibly need - the welcome wine & biscuits were greatly appreciated. It was so peaceful and we had such great nights sleep. Was in easy walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants & a lovely pub (great Sunday roast). We have booked again for next year, we loved it so much & would highly recommend a visit.

We enjoyed staying at this well equipped cared for sea view apartment made a great change from a caravan.At the moment you get a 7.30am alarm call as the heavy beach moving kit rumbles by. Hopefully the work they are doing will protect the beach side houses from the coastal erosion.Not the best choice for us old folks due to the 34 step single hand rail stair way. Luckily the arthritis behaved.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment overlooking the sea even if we couldn’t see much over the few days we were there as it was foggy! It was very clean and comfortable. A few bits could do with updating but on the whole it was well equipped. Being the beginning of March some of the local attractions hadn’t opened yet or were only open on certain days.
