Guests can unwind in the elegant open plan living/dining kitchen area, which offers an easy and sociable ambience. There are three bedrooms, the master decorated in soft vanilla with crisp white linen has an ensuite shower room and the further two bedrooms have use of the chic family bathroom. French doors from living area open onto a large raised decking area giving panoramic views across the rolling farmland to the distant horizon. An idyllic setting for long relaxed lunches with friends, informal fun filled family barbeques or intimate dinners 'a deux' as the stars twinkle above and the children are fast asleep!
In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the tiny hamlet of Windmill Hill stands on a ridge, overlooking Pevensey marshes with the sea to the south, and the famous Weald to the north.

Master bedroom (sleeps 2) with king size bed with en-suite shower room

French doors open out onto the large decking area with a wooden table, 6 chairs and a BBQ and wonderful views across the countryside.

Süßes Cottage mitten auf dem Land. Nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Leider sehr hellhörig, was an der Bauweise und dem ursprünglichen Verwendungszweck liegt. Supernette Vermieter und toller Service, nichts zu meckern!

A very nice barn conversion which was ideal for us (grandparents), our daughter and her husband and their two children. The owners really have thought of everything, including beautiful linen, towels etc and toys for the children. Our three year old granddaughter really enjoyed going with her mum on a tour of the farm and seeing all the baby lambs.

The Hop House is very comfortable and the owner was very welcoming and had left some provisions for us. The beds in particular were very good quality and we all slept extremely well. The kitchen and sitting room area is quite small when there are four adults and a child but we spent most of the time out of the house so this didn't matter. There were toys, a cot and a high chair provided for our child which we very much appreciated as it made our packing much easier.
