The cottage has a cosy lounge / dining room with seating for four with an electric wood burning stove to provide extra heating and a cosy atmosphere on chilly winter evenings. The kitchen has an electric oven with grill and hob. Worktops, cupboards, breakfast bar, stools, fridge/ freezer and microwave. Door to bathroom and main door to rear garden. Stairs from kitchen lead to two attractive bedrooms, both with black out curtains. One twin with views inland. The king size room with uninterrupted sea views. Just take a little care when stepping onto the stairs from the twin bedroom. This lovely self- catering cottage offers families and couples the perfect place to stay when looking for a coastal retreat with style and character. Note: Property can be booked with Ref. 1008183, together they can sleep 8 guests.

The Sussex coastal village of Normans Bay is situated between Eastbourne and Bexhill-on-Sea. The village offers a pebble beach, fishing and a pub. With many historical attractions close by, this part of Sussex is an ideal place to explore the area.

Local shop 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk across field via path or 5 min by car.

Super store Asda and shopping centre 10 min drive.

Note: Due to the period of the cottage, doorways are low and stairs are steep and narrow, there is a step up into the twin bedroom and the bedrooms have access directly from the stairs; may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 5 years of age.

Note: Access to the cottage is over a lawned garden and down a step through the rear door into the kitchen
