Very comfortable cottage. The heating was good. We ate in every night so could have done with a large rubbish bag, struggled with the rubbish and where to put it. Enclosed garden was useful with a dog. The road was very bad and arriving in the dark could have done with better light for the name of the property. I took my own large sheet for the bed as i do'nt find a quilt cover enough. A few more instructions on the sheet would have been useful.

Better signage required to find the place. Could do with a deep clean.

We have been to this property several times. The location is perfect for us. The property is just right too. Clean and comfortable, good sized secure garden, which has a lawned area. I meant to do what 3 words, but the entrance to Victoria Way is opposite the first turning to Rye Bay Caravan park ( if travelling from Rye direction) . The lane is a little rough but it is peaceful down there.
