The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the countryside offering, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just a short drive from the De La Warr Pavilion which hosts exhibitions and events throughout the year. Nearby is the seaside town of Eastbourne, which is home to the Towner Art Gallery, and numerous theatres. Families will enjoy exploring the many castles, gardens and family attractions on offer in the wider area.
