If you want to discover 1066 country and love the peace of the countryside, this is the place for you .The friendliest of hosts who have catered for ever possible thing you could need for your break away .The Granary is surrounded by farmland and is 100% dog friendly so literally walks are on your doorstep .Lovely pub just a mile down the track called the Ash Tree Inn . Friendly atmosphere and top quality food . The historic town of Battle is just a short drive away where you can visit the Abbey and see the alleged site of the battlefield where Harold met his fate .Nice to return to the Granaries comfort for a relaxing evening.You would have trouble finding nicer hosts who have got everything right about this place. A place you’ll want to come back to !!!!
