Your greeted by a cosy lounge with comfy sofa and warming log burner perfect for those chiller evenings, a lovely space to relax in after exploring this special Island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to rustle up a meal. On the first floor is the bedroom which has a quality mattress and furnishings to ensure a great night’s rest. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a spacious enclosed garden with seating and BBQ area, a great spot for some alfresco dining. The area is famed for its rich copper history, once home to the largest copper mine in the world. There is a network of walks around the weird landscape of the ancient copper mine at Parys Mountain. A sight not to be missed is the spectacular Great Opencast – shaped by miners using nothing more than picks, shovels, and gunpowder!

Wouldn't recommend it in its current condition nothing in the advert was actually true Couldn't contact caretaker for keys Outside front door looks like a deralic property Inside the property met with terrible smell of dog urine Garden area dog fecese all over Cups plates had food residue on them No TV no WiFi parking a major problem Booked 4 nights stayed less than 24 hrs Very unpleasant experience

I booked Copper crab simply because of the photo on the add ,nothing like it .The cottage itself was ok and clean enough but the stairs were a problem for me ,that odd little step at the top. Also couldn't get the 2 radiators to work so had to light fire one night as it was cold .The garden is tired and unkempt not at all like photo ,We enjoyed our stay and made best of it .On bad days the TV arial isn't any good so can only BBC.The supposed Ronnie was a no show for anything despite phone calls ,didn't even bother to pick up ,good job there was another number on booking or we wouldn't have got in cottage .The cottage is a terraced house in a busy street so parking outside wasn't possible most days .have given 3 out of 5 because we went out alot and used it just as a base ,we went home early as on a rainy day couldnt face sitting in with no TV .Very comfy bed and lively bathroom ,also kitchen is well equipped.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed for longer. The cottage was cosy and, although I note what some of the reviews have said, the facilities were good and the cottage was clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again-a lovely place!
