We had a fabulous few days at Clarence cottage. Phil, our host gave us a very warm welcome and some useful advice on places to visit.The cottage has lots of character but with a modern twist.Very comfortable bed and always cosy and warm when we came back from our days out.We are looking forward to another visit in 2026.

Beautiful, tranquil location and a really gorgeous little cottage too! Tastefully decorated throughout and retaining the beautiful original features. Jo and Phillip were great hosts and gave us some useful location recommendations too. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. The setting on the farm was lovely, I even got to see the cows being fed, and Philip was kind enough to share great local tips for restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation was very cosy and well equipped, with thoughtful touches like a hair dryer, washing up supplies, and remote retractable blinds. The water presure was excellent, and although the cockerels did their morning routine, they were not very noisy at all. A peaceful countryside stay with everything you need.
