Guests have praised Top Hill Farm Cottage for its stunning views, comfortable amenities, and helpful host. The location is ideal for walks and local attractions, with a modern kitchen and cosy atmosphere. The hot tub is a highlight, despite needing maintenance. Some minor issues were noted, but overall, guests are eager to return.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage received positive remarks for its cleanliness, but some guests mentioned the need for a deep clean and attention to details like glasses and the hot tub. These were isolated comments, and the majority found the property clean.

The location is highly praised for its great views and proximity to local amenities, making it an ideal spot for guests looking to enjoy the countryside and nearby attractions.

Guests found the cottage comfortable, with modern conveniences, cosy bedrooms, and a spacious layout. The outdoor seating and hot tub added to the comfort, although there were minor issues with a door lock.

The facilities, including a modern kitchen and hot tub, were appreciated by guests. However, some maintenance issues like the foamy hot tub and the back door lock were noted, slightly affecting the score.

While guests found the host very helpful and responsive, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches beyond the expected hospitality, so a score cannot be provided.

Beautiful views with a nice big garden. Simon our host was very accommodating and helpful also.

Family of 4 plus dog had a 2 week holiday here in summer 23. Modern and comfortable inside with everything you need and the outside space is fantastic, especially with the apple day bed and hot tub with those views! Spent most afternoons/evenings in the garden enjoying these. A couple of niggles with the wifi and back door but these were sorted by Simon straight away. The local Chinese Cantonese Kitchen was fantastic for food and delivery and the local chippy The Purple Lobster was a hit also. Most of the popular Peak District attractions easily accessible by car.
