We returned home today after a disappointing holiday from 2 Old School House, Tideswell. The problems were as follows:Broken microwave - after a complaint a new one was delivered but we had to wait in from 12.00 - 17.00 to wait for delivery which meant we missed a half day of our holiday. The toilet in the main bathroom would not flush away the contents. The shower head in the main bathroom is faulty.Television in bedroom did not work. For 3 evenings the TV in the lounge did not work ( a faulty signal? These problems were reported in March and, of course , we thought they would be attended to by the time of our holiday in June. The house does need a deep clean and some updating. We have used your company before and have been pleased with the accommodation but were extremely disappointed this time for the reasons outlined above and we are seeking a refund
