These superb stone-built barn conversions can be found nestled in the charming village of Litton, on a traditional working farm within the picturesque Peak District National Park. Newly converted in 2023, this barn conversion has been thoughtfully and beautifully designed to cater fully to the needs of both you and your furry friends. Full of character with individual impressive features such beamed vaulted ceilings and exposed stone. There’s the luxury addition of underfloor heating to the ground floor and externally there’s an enclosed space, allowing any small children and four-legged companions to frolic freely and safely. A private parking space with EV chargers is available for this property; for cycling enthusiasts, there’s bike storage, and there’s even facilities to wash dogs, bikes and muddy boots meaning your companions and equipment can return from outdoor adventures clean and refreshed. This property is on a working farm, towards the end of March and ongoing for approximately 4 weeks guests may be lucky enough to witness lambing seasons with newborn lambs being born and the opportunity to feed them.

The enchanting village of Castleton is also just 20 minutes and where you can hike the famous Mam Tor, explore the ancient Peveril Castle or venture into the fascinating Peak Cavern. Around a 25-minute drive and nestled amidst the picturesque countryside is Edale. This cottage is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. It was perfect for our two dogs with the little private garden and the dog wash. Everything is of excellent quality and the underfloor heating made it fabulously cozy . Lots of lovely little extras in our welcome package and throughout the week . I would highly recommend this cottage especially for a couple with dogs . Perfect and we will be back ( hopefully)

A superbly appointed cottage in a great location with many places of interest to visit within a few miles. A two minute walk to an excellent country inn serving good food. The welcome pack and initial friendly greeting were very much appreciated.

A lovely stay. Such a well thought out cottage, has everything you need and caters well for a dog. Well placed for visiting nearby Bakewell or Buxton and lots of nearby walks across beautiful landscapes, especially the Monsal trail or Tissington trail. The local village pub across the road is dog friendly and serves great food, especially the Sunday lunch. There is a small community shop next door to the cottages which does great homebaked cakes by the slice and a wide variety of the day to day groceries.
