Thank you. Could have some furniture in the patio and a light/loo roll etc in the outside loo downstairs, other wise excellent.

In over 40 years of taking cottage holidays this one stands out for no welcome pack on arrival. The photos give a false impression of size and we thought the lounge cramped, but understand that the furnishings are to accommodate six adults. The only fault with the cleaning was at the kitchen sink. The plate drainer went straight into the back yard for our stay. The large sink and bowl was clean, the small was top clean, remove the dip tray and underneath was greasy and the trap had brown goo underneath. We left it as we found it. The cottage is well placed and Tideswell is a great centre for a walking or car based holiday.

The cottage is comfortable, warm and well equipped. We soon felt at home and would be very happy to return. Tideswell has a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants, a frequent bus service and lovely walks from the village.
