The kingsize bedroom offers plush furnishings and tranquil decor, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The twin bedroom is perfect for children or friends sharing a space. The family bathroom features a shower over the bath and inset TV, offering a touch of comfort. Outside, Willoways boasts both front and back gardens. The back garden is a private courtyard that benefits from being a real sun trap. There is also parking for two cars. Access is via a narrow road which may be a challenge for bigger cars.

    We had a beautiful Christmas stay at Willoways. Bakewell is lovely place to visit at any time of year and close to many other places of interest. Willoways cottage has everything you could need for a perfect break and I cooked our Christmas lunch with ease in the well appointed kitchen. The solid fuel fire in the lounge was a lovely treat too especially for snuggling up for a post lunch snooze. There are beautiful views from the upstairs windows across the wooded hills of the delightful Peak District. We would definitely recommend Willoways and if we return to the Peak District we will definitely check for availability at this location.

    We found the cottage to be very comfortable and in a very good position. Bakewell town centre being about 5 minutes away on foot . The property is in a very quiet position with good views. It has been mentioned that access is tight for cars, (we brought my small car having read the reviews) but this has to be balanced against convenience. When we had a small problem on arrival we had a call from the owners in minutes to solve the question. Loved the decor!
