we stayed for 4 days it was fabulous ,the cottage is lovely and everything we needed was to hand, site was quiet as it is adult only perfect for some peace and quiet.Hot tub was clean and huge.Small co op in village near by but Skegness is only 5 mins drive away with every shop you can think of, there is a pub within walking distance but not open every day but did not matter to us all in all a fad stay we will be booking again

The cottage is located on a very quiet and small site that is well maintained and ideal for those seeking peace and quiet however, first impressions are let down by artificial lawn that has been allowed to grow substantial weeds and the access gate is poorly fitted with a latch that is misshaped and quite sharp. The hot tub is fine but the top cover has to be held in place by breeze block. The sales pitch should make it clear that the cottage backs onto a neighbouring site that has had ongoing building work for around 2 years and is continuing.That said, the garden area is large, secure and ideal for keeping dogs safe and for sunbathing.Inside, the cottage is pretty huge with lovely modern kitchen and stylish bathrooms and the Welcome Pack was a lovely touch.The downstairs bedroom is very spacious but lacks bedside tables and lamps and a dressing table for the ladies to use. The room can easily take these items without impacting on available space.The kitchen is pretty well provided for and again, is very spacious with masses of available storage. It would therefore be useful to provide a small quantity of food containers (Tupperware style?) on the inventory for al fresco dining/picnics. A BBQ would also be useful and appreciated. All of these touches could be achieved at minimal cost and be set against income.Debbie is a star who made sure that we were well looked after during our stay and she went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was as perfect as it could be. The site is easy to get to and is around 10-15 minutes from Skegness. All in all, an enjoyable and restful break.
