Stepping up, you’ll find the split-level dining area and kitchen with generously sized dining table, the well-equipped kitchen offers all the gadgets and cookware you could need to prepare your favourite meals. Also on the ground floor you can find a convenient cloakroom, whilst up on the first floor the two bedrooms offer ensuites - take your pick from a king-size with its ensuite having both a free standing bath, double basins and separate shower, or a zip/link king-size (which can be a twin on request) with a Smart TV and ensuite shower, each room flaunting luxury and plenty of space to house your belongings.     Our party was 4 colleagues working on a property in Ashbourne and number 6 was an oasis each evening. I can see also that it works brilliantly for families and visitors to the area. The welcome book was very informative.

    You can really tell the owners have stayed in it themselves because everything is so comfortable and well thought out. The beds are very comfy with great linen, the kitchen equipment is high end and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are top notch. Loved having the table tennis table and a great garden too. The location is excellent and it was a real novelty to be less than a 1 minute walk from town, yet there is still 2 car parking spaces! The road outside the property is busy but the sound proofing is good and we could zone out the passing cars easily enough. Would definitely recommend.

    Very comfortable beds & kitchen has everything you need. It is on a road that is busy at times but the double glazing eliminates any noise. The garden is peaceful & the games room is an added bonus. I would thoroughly recommend the property to others.
