The Barn at Goosetree Farm is a lovely, character barn conversion, amidst twenty acres of land, near Buxton. With one king-size double bedroom it sleeps two comfortably. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a front patio area and off road parking for two cars. There are great walks from the doorstep, and the whole of the National Park to explore, easy, when you're staying at The Barn at Goosetree Farm.

One king-size double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, separate shower, basin, bidet and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent, additional logs available to purchase from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Front patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Accessed down a steep farm track which can get slippery in certain weather. Note: There is a public footpath and sheep in the surrounding 20 acres of land.

The town of Buxton has something for everyone, including the Pavilion Gardens, the Opera House, the Great Stable and the Devonshire Dome, as well as shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many places to see close to Buxton, including; Chatsworth, Heddon Hall, the towns of Bakewell and Matlock, along with walking at Rushup Moor and the Peak District National Park. A delightful town, ideal at any time of year.

The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
