Guests can enjoy use of a great range of facilities including a games room and the property can be booked with an adjoining cottage for larger groups.

Inside

Ground floor:

The entrance hall leads down three steps to the large living room with a single patio door and access to a private patio and garden area. Dining area with table and chairs and three steps up to the kitchen. Self catering facilities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge with freezer box.

Entertainment facilities include a 32" flat screen TV with Freesat service, DVD player and CD player.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

First floor:

Master bedroom with a 5' bed and fully tiled en suite shower room with wc and washbasin.

Additional fully tiled bathroom with shower over the bath, wc and washbasin.

Twin bedroom with 3' beds.

Single bedroom with a 3' bed. 

Outside

Private garden to the rear with its own patio. Games room with full size table tennis and pool tables. There is also an orchard and shared croquet lawn.

Other Things to Note

Children of all ages are welcome and we can provide a cot and high chair on request.

Availability

Short breaks of two nights or more are accepted. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.
