Meadow View Cottages are tucked away in this picturesque conservation area of Kerridge, the beautiful 200 year old mid terrace cottage 3 Higher Lane has been much loved by our family for the last 70 years

Enjoying countryside views and a quiet setting, 3 Higher Lane is the ideal couples retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with easy access to Macclesfield and Buxton’s famous Pooles Cavern.

Arriving at the property, you will find one convenient off-road parking space, where you can gather your things and step into your new holiday home.

Be welcomed into the spacious open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, where you can have fun creating a delicious meal in the fully-functioning kitchen, before settling down to a romantic meal with your loved one, after which you can relax in the comfy armchairs and enjoy your favourite film on the Smart TV or read a book in the warmth of the woodburning stove.

When sleep calls, climb the stairs to the double bedroom where you can delight in fantastic countryside views from your window, and catch a refreshing night's sleep.

Have a refreshing shower before preparing a pot of coffee to enjoy on the patio in the garden whilst listening to the peaceful sounds of the surrounding nature.

Explore your local surroundings with a walk into the village of Kerridge, where you will find Kerridge Ridge, offering exceptional views of the rolling countryside, the beautiful Waulkmill Waterfall, The Infinity Stone Path, and the historic White Nancy which towers above the village and signifies the victory at the Battle of Waterloo.

Just a little further you will find Macclesfield, where you can walk to the beautiful Macclesfield Forest or make a stop at the Macclesfield Silk Museum which details the region's silk history, climb the 108 Steps, or pay a visit to the historical Armoury Towers.
