The contemporary kitchen has plenty of work space and is well fitted with the usual appliances including a dishwasher. The separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

Teddy’s cottage is in a stunning location - the views from the property are outstanding. But get out into the garden, breathe the fresh air and immerse yourself in the landscape which extends to the Cheviot Hills with their exposed granite outcrops. There a numerous footpaths so don’t forget to pack your walking boots!

If you’re planning on exploring the area, a 30 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Northumberland coast. The northern Berwickshire coastline is noted for dramatic cliffs and sheltered coves whilst south around Bamburgh it’s an area of clean golden sand.

Teddy’s Cottage is in a designated Dark Sky area - where the night skies are spectacular! the perfect spot for exploring North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders. Close to Coldstream and the River Tweed. The Scottish Borders towns of Kelso, Jedburgh and Melrose are nearby offering a good range of amenities and shops selling local produce. Floors Castle in Kelso has a magical fairytale look with its roofline of turrets and pinnacles. Local outdoor pursuits include fishing, hill walking, horse riding and golf.
