Close to clean, award-winning beaches, Waterfront View is reached through your own private door and shared flight of stairs. It is fully central heated and offers a spacious lounge with stunning river views and a TV DVD player along with a selection of DVDs for all ages and a modern gas fire. The lounge has access to patio doors and a Juliet balcony overlooking the River Mersey. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave along with a washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, again with river views. There is a second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes with ample storage space. The property has a family shower room.

Outside

The suntrap patio at the rear of the apartment comes complete with table, chairs and also overlooks the river.

Broadband wi-fi is available free of charge.  The charge includes all heating and electricity, towels and bed linen.

Around and About

The promenade outside the apartment is traffic free and allows access to fifteen miles of coastline. The recently modernised resort of New Brighton is 500m away and offers many attractions - cafes, cinema, theatre, restaurants and pubs. Other destinations are easily reached by public transport or car, with the M53 motorway being just a short drive from the apartment.
