Twelve is a beautifully presented first floor apartment that sits just 1 mile from the coast in the seaside town of Wallasey, one of the biggest towns on the fabulous Wirral Peninsula. The apartment has an open plan living/dining/kitchen space along with two double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Around a 15-minute walk will take you to the popular shopping hub of Liscard, and for golfers, the area is incredibly popular thanks to the many courses that offer a varied challenge due to unpredictable coastal winds. The location is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors with 50 miles of beautiful walks, runs or bike rides available, including the nearby North Wirral Coastal Park. Wallasey/New Brighton Beach is also incredibly popular with striking views over towards the fabulous Liverpool city skyline.
On the other side of the peninsula is West Kirby, where quite uniquely at low tide, you can walk out to the Hilbre Islands taking in the incredible views and amazing wildlife that call the islands home. The green space of Birkenhead Park is also an incredibly special place as inspiration for New York’s Central Park. Finally, the location is ideal for exploring the neighbouring cities of historic Chester and of course Liverpool, which, with the apartment’s vicinity to the Kingsway Tunnel means you can be there in a mere 10 minutes.

A well appointed first floor apartment, that is well laid out, brightly decorated, and with good quality furniture, including the kitchen layout. Contact with the owner / agent was positive with helpful and timely information that supported our short stay.

A great base to explore the area and convenient for Chester Zoo and Liverpool centre. Lots of thoughtful items for us on arrival. Calming decor throughout. On the first floor, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. Convenience store nearby and parking onsite.Owner gave great instructions and responds quickly to messages.
