The cottage has luxury touches throughout including underfloor heating and a cosy log fire in the lounge. Living Space

Semi-detached, two storey barn conversion on a working farm.

The well equipped oak kitchen has a range cooker and fully integrated appliances including, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a wine cooler.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

In the dining room there is a large oak table which can seat 6 comfortably.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Three spacious en-suite bedrooms.

A super king-size double and a twin (with 2 full sized single beds), both upstairs and with en-suite facilities.

One super king-size double en-suite on the ground floor which is ideal for our less mobile guests.

The ground floor en-suite has a whirlpool bath and separate level entry shower.

All bedrooms have a TV/DVD player, a radio alarm clock, hairdryer, bedside lamps and quality white towels are provided

Directions

By car: Follow the M56 to the M53 and exit at Junction 2. Go straight on at the first roundabout and turn right at the second set of lights into Saughall Massie Village. Continue on to the next roundabout and go straight on. The farm gates are immediately on your right, turn in and go to your right, Herons Well is on your left. Postcode CH48 1PT.

By train: Take the city line to Liverpool Lime Street Station, change onto the Wirral Line, take the West Kirby train and disembark at Meols Station. Herons Well is a 5 minute taxi ride from here. We are 25 minutes from Liverpool Airport and 50 minutes from Manchester Airport.
