With oak beams, one double bedroom, a charming spiral staircase and access via French windows to the private patio area, this property provides high-quality holiday accommodation on the edge of the unspoilt village of Hutton Roof, just three miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. The cottage is close to all local amenities and attractions that both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales provide.

One king-size double (can be made into twin on request). Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with access via French windows to patio.

All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Lockable storage for bikes/walking equipment. Private patio area with garden furniture. Use of trampoline (suitable up to 16 stone and at own risk). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Peacefully located in South Cumbria is the pretty, unspoilt village of Hutton Roof, situated between the beautiful Lake District and the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Hutton Roof Crags Nature Reserve is also within easy driving distance and offers one of the most impressive areas of limestone habitat in Britain, as well as being home to a wide variety of butterflies, birds and plant life. Visitors can enjoy a trip to the ancient market town of Kirkby Lonsdale which boasts attractive 17th and 18th Century architecture as well as the famous Devil's Bridge.
