Just 15 minutes walk from Cartmel Village famed for its race meetings, sticky toffee pudding and monthly food markets, along with outdoor pursuits, scenic coastal walks and leisurely cruises on Lake Windermere and Coniston, number among a plethora of local attractions to suit all - promising a host of cherished holiday memories.
Your hot tub may not be fully operational on the day of your arrival. Following Health and safety best practices all hot tub water is changed before each new guest and the hot tub needs time to achieve the correct operating temperature.
Please be aware that logs are not provided in your accommodation.
For the comfort of guests smoking is prohibited in ALL lodges. The owners reserve the right to levy a £250 cleaning charge to prepare the lodge for future guests if evidence is found

Wonderful break. Lodge was lovely and clean and the hot tub was amazing. We will be returning, but in the summer! Very good information booklet, with addresses of nearby shops, attractions etc.

We booked and stayed in the Masham Lodge the first week in October 2021. As explained that there is no reception on site at the moment and communication would be via text. We received a text on the Sunday confirming our lodge start day the key code and they would text to let us know when the lodge was ready. We received a text as promised and arrived at our lodge opened the door and was blown away by the size cleanliness along with the paperwork and instructions of the do and don’t. Called the fireman for logs and he promptly dropped off to our door with kindle and matches. Opened fridge to Milk Stickey Toffee Pudding nice touch. All in all a very quiet clean splendid lodge well run by owner and staff. It’s a credit to you and Hoeseason. Would definitely recommend only spoilt by one thing !!!!Having to leave. Keep up the great work thanks for a lovely relaxing break. Sabina and Gary
