Entering inside by the hallway, you will arrive at an open-plan living area divided between two levels, with the luxury kitchen/diner on the upper platform, settle down at the sleek dining table in the company of your loved ones, looking down onto the comfy layout below. The lounge is located a few steps down, a cosy place to snuggle up in front of the TV, with the conservatory beyond, a light, airy haven to take in the summery garden. Make your way up the stairs to the three bedrooms, each accessorised in a soothing fashion, with beautiful skylight windows, and ample storage included. There is a wonderful shower room to complete the interior, immaculately finished for an all-round quality effect. Once you have relaxed indoors, why not continue an evening outside, with your own enclosed garden featuring a patio area, perfect for some well-deserved downtime. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, the village is close to other local attractions such as the swimming pool and leisure centre at Capernwray. Not forgetting Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. A destination not to be missed.     Just walk up to the top of Hutton Roof and realise how fantastic a location this is. The walk along the canal must be one of the most beautiful and historic and interesting canal walks. The accommodation is excellent, spacious and private. The furniture and beds are comfortable and the WiFi is strong. It is safe and secure for pets. Gareth was welcoming, friendly, there if needed. Stay as long as you can!

    Gareth and Kirsti obviously have a good eye for design. It is also very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything necessary for a splendid holiday. Gareth is on hand with helpful information but is never intrusive. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with many lovely walks, long and short. The garden is safely enclosed so we had no worries about our dog. I recommend this property unreservedly.

    Beds really comfortable. The shower is wonderful. The weather was fabulous, as ordered by Gareth. Visited Silverdale, Arnside, Ingleton waterfalls (quite a walk but worth it) and Sizbergh castle. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Palm Court!
