The location is widely praised for its tranquillity, beautiful countryside views, and proximity to a good local pub. While some mention the rural setting means shops are a short drive away, this is generally seen as a positive for those seeking peace and quiet.

The cottage was excellent, in that everything that you could possibly want was there. It was warm, and comfortable, even on wet days.Being beside a very good pub, was a bonus too.Down side for us was that dog walks were not nearby, but attractive towns were within a short drive in all directions.
