Tucked within a quiet courtyard near the harbour of the fishing village of Seahouses nestles this superb town house, which commands lovely views towards the sea. Part of a small and exclusive development of recently built properties, Belford House at Seahouses boasts a spacious corner plot with sea views. The accommodation is spread across three floors. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor alongside a fresh and contemporary bathroom. The open plan living space is on the first floor, where a glass door leads to a Juliet balcony from which to enjoy the sea air. A cosy wood burner in the living area is idyllic to snuggle in front of and watch the flames dance after a day out creating memories on the beach. The luxurious master bedroom is on the second floor, where the sea views can also be admired. This room has the comfort of a dressing area and en-suite facilities which include a large shower cubicle. We now have a corporate membership at the ocean village club Seahouses! Guests will still need to pay £9.50 per adult and £5.00 per child (under 2s are free). Guests just need to show booking confirmation at reception.

We had a lovely time at Belford house 4 adults and 2 children 1 dog The house was lovely close to harbour Rocks beaches and village Great views out of windows sitting areas and upstairs bedroom The winds we had were great to watch at the sea covering the rocks Great walks along cliff top both sides Adele was really helpful and friendly checking up to see if we survived the extreme weather We loved it would definitely book again 🤗

Had a wonderful time at Belford house. It's a proper home from home with everything you need to have a relaxing break with lovely views of the beautiful Seahouses seafront. Loved the set up of the house, very roomy over three floors. Had some car trouble whilst there and Adele the owner was very helpful. Already planning next years trip.

This is a really lovely house. There is a terrific view out to sea and the entire place is very comfortable. There is everything you need to make this a home from home. Ideally located for everything Seahouses has to offer, it’s really top notch.
