The property serves as a peaceful and comfortable base for exploring Northumberland, with friendly neighbours and easy parking enhancing the experience.

Guests consistently commend the property for its spotless condition upon arrival, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the cottage.

The property's proximity to the beach and local amenities, along with its quiet setting, is frequently highlighted, suggesting an excellent location for a holiday retreat.

The comfort of the beds and the overall cosiness of the property are often mentioned. However, some guests noted issues with the recliners not working and personal preferences regarding the firmness of mattresses and pillows.

The property is well-equipped with a fabulous kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Some minor suggestions for improvement include fixing the recliners and providing more convenient places for hanging towels and placing drinks.

The welcome basket is frequently acknowledged as a kind gesture, reflecting the owners' thoughtfulness. While such gifts are warmly received, it is important to note they are a bonus and not a guaranteed amenity.

Good location. The property would benefit from a mirror over the sink in the bathroom and a hook to hang the towel at the end of the shower. The welcome pack was appreciated. A comfortable well equipped property. We have stayed in several Sykes cottages and this was up there as one of the best value for money

A large well equipped kitchen diner, comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and TVs in every room. Nothing had been forgotten in the house which is just across the road from the beach and a short walk from the Town Centre. We would certainly stay there again.

Everything we needed and a lovely surprise with the Christmas decorations.
