The property is nice but getting tired and needs revamp. Found the bedding didn't smell too nice either and also would have good to have some Flash for us to clean the floor and even washing up liquid. The towels are not great and need bath sheets as my husband is 6 foot 6 and the towels you had were so small. The house itself is so nice but does need some adjustments. Matching bedding to curtains. The tap in kitchen needs tightening as does toilet seat. The blinds in conservatory was old and some had no adjustment to move. Also windows in conservatory at one side had smears on left over window cleaner ? We usually stay in Coquet Cottages which are luxury and not far off the price you charge for this. Would return if spruced up.

Linen: poor quality and not ironed, at this price it could be laundered. Towel: poor quality and size, maybe one hand and one bath per bed Cleaning: brilliant Henry shapes to show carpets hoovered but no clean smell. No toilet cleanser available. Difficult to air upstairs - not sure what can be done about this. Blinds: all need overhaul. Ones in conservatory should be replaced. We are landlord ourselves and would, were this our property, take a look at all save the kitchnen, bathroom and conservatory. It is not as good as it could/should be for the price.
