Very nice, clean house situated between Amble town centre and the harbour area. We enjoyed it so much last year that we went back again this year. Alnmouth station is close by and the bus service up and down the coast makes travel between Newcastle and Berwick on Tweed easy.

Lovely property. The only downside was the shower over the bath . Maybe consider a walk in shower 🚿.Apart from that we would definitely consider going back again .

The cottage is very basic, although we were aware it was pet friendly, (we did not have a dog with us) there was a very strong dog smell as soon as you entered the ground floor. The welcome pack said it all ( a pint of milk, 5 shortbread biscuits and tea/ coffee in containers) . The sofa was very hard and subsequently not very comfortable to sit on. The TV signal is intermittent. The bathroom is very small and could benefit from an update. With a few touches it could be very nice, but we would not rebook.
