This end-terrace cottage is lovingly presented throughout with the living room and kitchen/dining room on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are on the first floor along with a fresh family bathroom. To the rear of the property is a fully enclosed decked area, which makes a lovely spot to dine al fresco.
Sandy Toes is only 300 yards from the wide expanse of golden sandy beach of Beadnell Bay. This is a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, including sailing, kite surfing, sea kayaking and scuba diving. Beadnell is renowned as a holiday destination and offers local facilities including a village shop and pub serving good food. Just 2 miles up the coastline is the traditional fishing port of Seahouses, where boat trips, depart regularly from its harbour, to the nearby Farne Islands, famous for its bird sanctuaries and seal colony. Here there are also several charming tea rooms, quaint pubs and shops. Horse riding, fishing and golf on the links close, by being only a sample of the many amenities available in this popular location. A further 3 miles up the coastline is the picture-perfect village of Bamburgh, famous for its majestic fortress and Grace Darling Museum. The market town of Alnwick, with its own dramatic castle, is only a short drive inland. Visitors will enjoy a trip to Alnwick Garden, a spectacular interpretation of a formal garden including the Grand Cascade waterfall and restaurant within the largest tree house in Europe. Sandy Toes is a lovely house in a great location with only a short walk to Beadnell Bay. It was clean and well-equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The warm weather meant we could make good use of the seating in the outside area. We would be happy to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes. Ideal accommodation, we have often stayed on this estate over the last 15 years. This has been the best accommodation. Accommodation is to a very high standard. Would very much hope to stay again. Lovely hamper of M&S food upon our arrival. Ideal for a dog, as garden completely enclosed. Only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful Beadnell Beach. Beadnell is ideally situated to enable you to fully explore all of the Northumberland Coast. We would highly recommend Sandy Toes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
