We have stayed at Carmel 4 times previously. It’s in a great location for the fabulous beach walks and you can hear the sea. The Landings cafe is 200 metres away for food and a relax. Seahouses is 10 minutes drive for the Co-op and some very good restaurants and cafes.

Perfect location, right next to the beach. The cottage was clean on arrival and warm and cosy. We would have given 5 stars but the cottage could do with a bit of a spruce up, e.g tired paint work, shabby lampshades, crockery chipped, but this didn't distract from our holiday.

Great location virtually on the beach and coastal path . Lovely big rooms and everything you need in a cottage. The landings restaurant is within walking distance and the burgers not to be missed .
