Formerly a farm steading sensitively converted to provide a small cluster of prestigious stone-built cottages the quality and location of Bramble Barn is sublime. The immaculately presented lounge features a lovely stone fireplace where the cosy wood-burning stove is idyllic to gaze into and watch the flames dance after a day exploring the stunning Northumbrian coastline close by. Floor to ceiling windows gives the living space a bright and airy ambience and a patio door leads to the fully enclosed patio garden; a perfect spot to watch the sunrise or dine alfresco and admire the open views towards the sea and Holy Island beyond. The contemporary dining kitchen has many integrated appliances and is very well equipped. Both double bedrooms (one en-suite) are tastefully furnished and positioned on the first floor along with the family bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bramble Barn, it was such a lovely cosy cottage with all the amenities to make it feel like home from home. Excellent location for touring the Northumberland coast and it was a lovely and peaceful setting to return to after a busy day touring and sightseeing. The bed was super comfy too, and ensured a restful nights sleep. The enclosed garden was ideal for your four legged friends to come along to. I will definitely be returning to this cottage in the future.
