Keen cyclists and walkers can follow the Lowry trail around beautiful Berwick with its independent shops, restaurants and cafes while the birds of prey centre and Chain Bridge honey farm are ideal for family days out. The Borders region is renowned for its historic houses and abbeys, set in glorious rolling countryside, while the unspoiled beaches and picturesque coastal towns are perfect for picnics and water sports. The cottage is one of four properties built on the site of old colliery yard in Scremerston village. The ground floor embraces an open plan design that incorporates a lounge/kitchen/diner. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher with a separate dining area with seating for four guests.
