all issues should been checked or rectified before we arrived and so the property not being properly cleaned or maintained- this has had huge impact on our stay and we try to be out as much as possible due to the uncleanliness & irritating drone of noise from fridge - i am requesting a full refund as i have reported to you every day each time issue been found & we have wasted so much time contacting you or parkdean & vicky along with discomfort being in such dirty property it has ruined our time away from home which we paid good money for - this property should not be allowed to let on such poor standard the most basic need of any accommodation is it being clean & this is filthy along with inconvenience of not being able to properly control oven cook meals, having no heating or hot water or being able cook for hours, dog bags poo being left outside itâs disgusting-
