The spacious open plan living area makes a fabulous social space, from modern kitchen to light filled living room. The master bedroom has a sumptuous kingsize bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is superking and for flexibility can be twin beds on request.

Here guests can dine in the restaurant of the largest tree house in Europe, nestled in the treetops, with a roaring log fire in the wintertime, and a reputation for excellence. Maltster’s Rest is an excellent base from which you can easily explore the beautiful 20-mile stretch of Northumberland Heritage coastline, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The coastal town of Alnmouth, with its beautiful beach is just 4½ miles to the east and for walkers you have the wild and unspoilt expanses of the heather-capped Cheviot Hills to the west. Everything was just perfect! Clean, modern and it had everything you could possibly need! Great location in the town so you were just a couple of minutes walk away from things, but also far enough away from the traffic and any noise. It was also really handy for trips out and about to the rest of the county. The whole apartment was well thought out and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped & the coffee pods was a lovely touch. The space worked so well for us to cook, dine and chill out together without being on top of each other. Judy was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need and went above and beyond for us when we left something behind! We can't recommend it enough and would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed our stay and the welcome pack and greeting from Judy very much appreciated. The only thing lacking is an outside space to sit, but enough lovely surroundings to make up for it.
