Visit magnificent Alnwick Castle and Gardens, 10 miles, and Rothbury, 11.5 miles, home to Cragside House and Gardens and walks in the Simonside Hills. The stunning beach and golf course in Alnmouth (16 miles) is one of many local seaside villages. Head into the national park for stunning landscapes, birds, wildlife, and a range of walking and cycling trails. This traditional, semi detached, stone built cottage is the perfect retreat for couples, a small family, or a group of friends looking for a getaway in a warm and comfortable cottage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your meals and you can sit together at the dining table to eat or play a fun board game. The family bathroom is also downstairs. The two delightful bedrooms are set in the eaves upstairs with exposed beams adding to the traditional cottage feel. There is a king size bedroom with a Velux style window and a double bedroom. Outside at the front, there is a bistro table and two chairs where you can sit with your morning coffee.
