Off road parking for 2 cars. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. The front patio/garden is totally enclosed with a gate but the fence is just 90cm and dogs will need supervision. Bed linen included. Heating and hot water included. Property lies adjacent to the East Coast Mainline and about 100 yards from a level crossing with services up until about 11pm. However, the cottage has both modern sound and thermal insulation.
