Guests say

North Farm Bungalow is a clean, cosy, and comfortable cottage in a peaceful village setting, offering lovely views and a spacious garden ideal for dogs. Guests appreciated the helpful hosts, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient location for exploring Newcastle, Northumberland, and the coast. While the property is close to the A69 and on a flight path, most found it quiet. Some noted a narrow driveway entrance, separate toilet and bathroom, and the closure of nearby pubs, but overall, the bungalow provides excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as spotlessly clean, very clean, and well-maintained, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

Guests enjoyed the village setting, proximity to Newcastle and Hexham, and lovely views. Some mentioned the closeness to the A69 and flight path, but most found it quiet and convenient.

The bungalow is described as cosy, comfortable, and homely, with comfy beds and sofas. The only minor issue raised was the separate toilet and bathroom.

The property is well-equipped, with a large garden, good kitchen, and ample parking beyond a narrow entrance. Some guests noted the outside lighting could be improved and mentioned the closure of local pubs.

Guests appreciated the welcome pack of milk, biscuits, and tea, as well as the helpfulness of the hosts. Please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the bungalow, in the small village of Horsley, we felt right at home. The owner was very helpful when we needed her. Wild Deer and Rabbits entering the garden regularly. Excellent stay, close to Hexham and Newcastle upon Tyne.
