Nice little flat . Very quiet location.Instructions and little video for turning into street and finding the flat and parking spot was very good.We went as an older couple with 2 grandchildren. It is one double bed and one sofa bed in the lounge. Neither of which were very comfy but others may find them ok. I kept walking into the lock on the bed as not much room to move round the bed.The decoration in the flat is very nice with many quirky bits n bobs and the couch n chair comfortableYou need to sign in on the telly if you want netflix or whatever. We have it at home and downloaded an app for travelling so you can just sign in. However when u leave remember to sign out properly otherwise it wont work when u get home etc Kitchen was laid out well. There is no cleaning products apart from washing up and hand soap and a scrubber. A few more bin bags / bigger bin would be useful along with instructions on operating oven!! Especially when you are only used to gas ones. Shower was tricky to switch on and off as button is sticking a bit. You have to keep jiggling it to get it to stick in / off but eventually worked it out. It is a small flat perfect for a couple or small family for a weekend . I struggled with the kids as they are older. I think its a bit small for larger families. The location is very near Beamish Museum ideal for a trip out.Bread n milk etc available from the Esso garage literally 1 min away down the path very handy indeed. A pleasant 3 night stay for a cheap price.

Just outside Chester Le Street but close to the road network connecting to the surrounding town and attractions which is more important. Possibly about the best check in instructions I have ever received for holiday accommodation. The flat is small but perfectly formed and feels a bit special because of the effort put into decorating it. Everything you need is supplied and everything works well, shower good, WiFi good and two good sized TV's. The bed is a double which is smaller than most people are probably used to but was comfortable. Very quiet location. All in all very good especially for the excellent price!
